On Friday 15th November 2019, three delegates (Acting Director, International and External Relations, Dean of Faculty of Engineering and IT and Assistant Director, Human Resources) from the University of Namibia visited School of Food and Biological Engineering, Jiangsu University. Prof. Zhou Cunshan, director of department of Food Science and Engineering showed foreign guests around the Vegetable dehydration technology integration base of Ministry of Agriculture and introduced fruit and vegetable dehydration production line, mainly include: cleaning, dry blanching, 3D cutting, catalytic infrared drying, sorting, color selection, electro thermal steam sterilization, powder packaging and intelligence storage.
